1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to InboxWithAI public website pages, hosted demo services, customer billing and licensing records, Chrome extension experiences, and any Android or mobile companion features we may provide under the InboxWithAI brand.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the product flow, we may collect name, email address, login provider details, uploaded email-list content, billing metadata, license records, support history, and technical logs needed to operate the platform securely.
3. Chrome Extension Privacy
Basic cleaning in the InboxWithAI Chrome extension runs locally in your browser. Uploaded CSV or TXT files are not sent to InboxWithAI unless you intentionally choose a server-side action such as advanced analysis or continuing into InboxWithAI SMTP cleaning.
4. Android / Mobile App Data
If you use an InboxWithAI Android or mobile app, we may process account identity, app session data, diagnostics, licensing state, and feature usage information necessary to provide secure login, synchronization, and customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Uploaded Email Lists and Validation Data
When you upload data to the hosted demo, website platform, or choose extension-to-platform transfer, InboxWithAI may store uploaded rows, validation results, AI-assisted hygiene signals, SMTP outcomes, export history, and list metadata so you can review, export, and continue workflows from your dashboard.
We design these workflows to preserve operational data needed for list cleaning, analytics, customer support, and fraud prevention. Local-only extension processing remains local unless you explicitly continue into platform analysis.
6. Payments, Billing, and Licenses
For paid purchases, we may store billing status, payment transaction references, purchase dates, support periods, machine binding details, and license records. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored by InboxWithAI in raw card form.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
We may use cookies, session tokens, conversion tracking, product analytics, and diagnostic tools such as website analytics or user-experience measurement scripts to improve service quality, security, onboarding, and performance. These tools help us understand how users interact with InboxWithAI.
8. AI-Assisted Analysis
InboxWithAI may use AI-assisted analysis to support email hygiene, domain-age analysis, public presence signals, risk scoring, and workflow recommendations. These signals are intended to support quality review and operational decisions, not to provide guaranteed identity verification or legal conclusions.
9. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account information, uploaded data, session tokens, and licensing records. We retain data for operational, security, billing, compliance, and support reasons, and may remove or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required.
10. Your Choices and Contact
You may contact us about privacy, billing, licenses, or platform data practices. If you are using the Chrome extension, you can choose whether to keep work local or continue into server-side analysis. For privacy-related requests, billing questions, or policy clarification, contact us using the details below.
